How does Context4 support development?

Context4 provides insights into behavioral preferences, including how these preferences may shift under stress or within teams. The tool encourages reflection and practical application through tailored workbooks that are embedded in the profile, which truly enable the learning to embed after the individual/team leaves a session.

Is Context4 a copy of something?

Let’s be clear we didn’t invent psychometrics. So in the sense that if a furniture manufacture brought out a new chair, it’ going to be built off what is already recognisable from what has gone previously. However you will find the experience of working with Context4 to have unique elements, in terms of vocabulary, workbook, emdedded video, ease of comprehension, challenge to focus on context and not generating a personalised report.

100%. We have used Context4 in multiple award winning programmes, the thing that we have really noticed is that with the embedded workbook and video it sustains learning inbetween workshops and embeds after a programme comes to an end.

This is how we use it all the time. The fact that there is individual and stress elements really help people understand their normative and stress response behaviour. Also having the workbook embedded gives you the capacity to set actions between your sessions, this adds huge value.

Do I have to be certified to administer Context4?

While Context4 is easy to understand and use, certification enhances your ability to deliver the tool effectively, whether you're an HR professional, coach, or operational manager. Certification also provides you with in-depth knowledge and resources to maximise the tool's impact.

How do I become certified in Context4?

Look at the certification programme, and choose Option 1 (if you are very experienced and just need to understand the tool) or Option 2 (If this is your first time using Psychometrics and/or you are less experienced). Certification ensures you’re equipped to integrate Context4 seamlessly into your organisation or coaching practice.

We really challenged ourselves to make Context4 affordable for both individual and organisational needs, ensuring accessibility without compromising on quality. We really want everyone to have the ability to certify and use the tool.

Is Context4 available digitally?

Yes, Context4 is available to administer online, including PDFs and printable workbooks. This ensures flexibility and ease of use for organisations and individuals alike.

Are there additional costs?

After certification, you have some FREE credits to use the system. After that, you would buy credits to administer profiles and to get the profiles printed in a full gloss book format.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data privacy is hugely important to us. If you want details we can give you that direct. However its safe, with a capital S, thus Safe!
