Imagine a psychometric the
whole business
can use, not just a select few.
Why I Created Context4.
“Over the years, it became clear to me that while psychometric tools can provide valuable insights, they often come with limitations. I saw first hand how their high costs, complex structures, and rigid applications could prevent professionals from getting the real value they needed to create sustainable change.
That realisation inspired me to develop Context4. My goal wasn’t to create a tool that claims to be better than everything else. Instead, I wanted to create a tool that addresses the actual challenges I’d seen: making psychometrics accessible, embedding learning for long-term growth, and focusing on how we are experienced by others—not just what our preferences tell us.” - Guy Bloom

‘Context’ is how you
are measured, ‘preference’ is how you feel.
Your story is how
you manage both.
Why Context Matters to Me.
“I firmly believe that we are valued not just for our behavioural preferences but for how we manage them and, more importantly, how we show up in the contexts that matter to others. This belief is at the heart of Context4, which is built around four energy types that help people understand themselves and how they are experienced in different situations.
I use the Formula 1 car analogy quite alot—it’s a marvel of engineering and perfect for racing but completely impractical for picking up the kids from school. Many psychometric tools are powerful in specific scenarios but not adaptable to the broader, day-to-day realities that most people face. Context4 was designed to change that.”
Rather than an elite few with
access to psychometrics.
We think they should be
available to everyone.
Addressing Real Problems.
“I didn’t create Context4 because I don’t value other psychometric tools; I created it to be what’s needed. It’s accessible, so cost doesn’t become a barrier to growth. It’s practical, so the insights don’t stay locked in theory but are applied in everyday interactions. And it’s designed to be used in the real world, making it a blend of a psychometric profile and an actionable workbook that helps sustain learning.
One of the things I’m most proud of is that Context4 is more than just a tool—it’s a community. I’ve always believed that real learning comes from sharing experiences, supporting one another, and staying connected. That’s why Context4 includes monthly check-ins, advanced workshops, one-on-one coaching, and an active forum where practitioners can continue to grow and learn together.”
We are on a mission.
We love company.
An Invitation to Join the Journey.
“If you choose to work with Context4, you’re not just adopting a tool—you’re becoming part of a mission. My hope is to create a world where leaders and teams can thrive by truly understanding themselves and the contexts they operate in. I’m here to walk this path with you, supporting your growth and creating spaces for you to succeed."
